Neck Strength & Stability

This simple exercise can address underlying issues that may be leading to frequent neck popping.

 

Deep Breathing

This simple exercise can improve lymphatic return and decrease stress. This is also helpful when you’re dealing with a cold or other illness.

 

Sinus Effleurage

When you’re feeling stuffy and congested or dealing with a lot of sinus pressure and headache, this (in addition to good hydration) can get things flowing again.

 

Sub-Occipital Release

This is a home version of the more in-depth sub-occipital release that Osteopaths perform. This can help relieve tension, stress and headaches.
